How we handle your details on the waitlist.

What we store

• Your email address, and your first name if you write it.
• What you answer in the questions after joining the waitlist: which tablet you have and which model, whether you want a tablet or a wall mount from us, how many kids you have at home, country and postal code, what you have at home and which services, what you want drawn and what you would pay for the add-ons. Every question except email can be skipped.
• What you write about the house, the car or in the last box.
• Whether you want news from us.
• Which language you read the site in, and where you came to the site from, if the link says so (for example a campaign or a shared link).

Answers to questions that no longer apply, because you changed an earlier answer, are never sent. While you fill them in, your answers are also saved in your own browser, so you can continue later. They are removed from there once you have sent your answers.

Why

So we can email you when it’s your turn, and to know which tablets and services to build for first, where to open and what the add-ons should cost. We only send news if you chose it, a few times a year, and every mailing has a link to unsubscribe. We don’t sell any data.

Where

• The site runs on Vercel, an American company, on servers in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Your answers are stored in our own customer database, on our server in the EU (Frankfurt).
• The confirmation to you and the notice to our inbox are sent with the email service Resend, an American company. Your address may also be on a list at Resend, so that we can email the waitlist when we open.
• The email that replies to you when you’re done is written with the help of AI from Anthropic, an American company. The AI gets what you answered, but not your email address or postal code. Anthropic does not use the data to train its models.

How long

Until we have opened for you, or until you ask us to delete it. Reply to the confirmation email or write to us via the contact form, and we’ll delete it.
